Biggest Walk N Roll event of the year is TOMORROW!

Our Big Walk n' Roll to School Day is Tomorrow, May 6th!

 We will be chaperoning  “walking school buses” to school for this date only. All students who walk or ride to school earn a prize.  

Walking groups will leave from several locations around McKenny.  Find the map that best matches your place of residence.  Groups will begin at set locations, make stops along the way to school, and most will have an Olympia Police Department community officer for the duration of the walk.  All will have chaperoning parents accompanying them.  Adults should wait with their student at the meet up spot until the group arrives. 

If you are not near one of the routes, we hope that you can coordinate with other walkers and riders from other locations around McKenny.  For the May Walk n Roll event only, bus riders will have the option to disembark from the bus a couple blocks from the school and walk with staff chaperones the rest of the way to McKenny.  

We are supervising the trip to school only, families are responsible for supervision on the trip home, or for arranging transportation from school in the afternoon which is a regular early release at 1:55.
