Pacific Science Center – Science on Wheels – Space Odyssey Parent Volunteers Needed!!

The PTO is hosting this full day of interactive, hand’s-on science for McKenny students on Thursday February 27th, a week before the school STEAM night on March 5th!  It’s a great way to get the community excited and talking about science and space!  We will have two large planetariums and several exhibits as well as an assembly.  We need 4 parent volunteers to help throughout the day. This includes set up in the morning before school starts to tear down after the school day ends.  Volunteers during the day will also assist with students touring the exhibits with their classmates.  The Pacific Science Center provides volunteers with free admission passes to their Center in Seattle.  Volunteers who stay full day receive 4 free passes. Volunteers who stay half day receive 2 free passes.  Contact Marny at marny421@yahoo.com if you can commit to half or full day on 2/27
